HERENCE® Structural Parts
What is structural material?
Contrary to their electronic, magnetic, chemical or optical properties, structural materials are materials used primarily for their mechanical properties, as opposed to their electronic, magnetic, chemical or optical characteristics.
There are a number of structural materials to choose from to engineer and design a new structure. Fiberglass Reinforced Polymers could be the right choice. These materials have outstanding properties ,which are better suited for different environment.
What structural material herence have?
Herence provides corrosion resistance and new materials have high bending strength of supporting material, such as epoxy fiberglass or phenolic cotton. At the same time, with the increasing demand of the market, Herience can provide excellent lightweight components.
For example, the proportion of epoxy fiberglass material is about 1.9g/cm3, and the proportion of carbon fiber materials is about 1.5g/cm3.
